NO EQUIPMENT
I wanted to shock my quads today and because I’ve been a bold boy eating Easter eggs I wanted to come up with something that would allow me to ramp up the calorie burning process which worked well with the metabolic stress and time under tension placed on the quads. Give it a lash and if you wanna see me hurt myself watch until the very end. Not embarrassing at all😕

3 exercises.
5 rounds.
40 seconds work 20 rest.
1 minute rest in between rounds.

1️⃣Gorilla squats

2️⃣Squat lunge complex

3️⃣Slow tempo squat

🔥ABS AND FAT BURNER🔥

Summer is coming guys so here’s something that might be put to good use. Abs with a twist. We all know we gotta burn fat but more so we wanna build muscle 💪The more muscle density in those STUBBORN spots the less body fat!!! Getting yourself in to a caloric deficit is key for burning fat but body recomposition requires hard gritty work. There is no time like the present LETS GO✊

▶️6 exercises
▶️40 work 20 rest depending on fitness level (e.g 30 on 30 off)
▶️2-3 mins rest in between rounds
▶️3-4 rounds
▶️Work hard

Ok so I HAD to get this out there. I’m not trying to offend any PT’s or be bias I just simply care about your physical health. Not just physical but mental health too as this is something which has had a negative affect on my approach to my own training for years due to injury and not being able to train my little arse off to attain the physique I’ve wanted so bad since I was a young lad.

If you are someone who has this problem please get the help you need from a fully qualified physical therapist. I am not trying to step on any physios toes here this is mainly anecdotal and relevant to my own experience.

I PROMISE if you stop doing exercises like this and do the correct rehabilitative work your shoulders will thank you.
There is definitely some great alternatives to this so if you wanna see them let us know

Ok so I know I don’t have the most impressive looking delts but the truth is I’ve been rehabbing an old injury for quite some time now and I’m finally able to smash them again so I got quite excited today over this and wanted to share it as this can be done quite easily at HOME 🏡 The only thing that’s not easy AT ALL is staying inside that sick sick BURN🔥 pure filth🤘

Excellent results from 🙏👊💪
From one washed up musician to a successful thriving full time one HUGE props to this guy. It’s not easy to stay on track with all the late nights and drive through McDonald’s at 4am not to mention raising a beautiful new born baby. CHAMP!! We’ve been working hard together for around 20 weeks. Niall has lost 11.5kg since we began and now building a strong impressive physique is much more of a reality for him 💪 The determination and work rate is second to none. A pleasure to train 👊
