Morning Mobility & Pilates Classes – Starting March 24th
I’m delighted to be starting a new Morning Mobility & Pilates class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and start your day the right way.
These sessions focus on improving spinal mobility, core strength, posture, and overall movement quality using controlled Pilates-based exercises. Ideal for anyone who feels stiff in the mornings, spends a lot of time sitting, or simply wants to maintain strength and mobility.
Class Details
📅 Starting: Tuesday March 24th
📍 Location: The Physio Lab, Thurles
⏰ Time: 7:30am – 8:15am
📆 Days: Every Tuesday & Thursday
⏱ Duration: 45 minutes
6 Week Block
• 1 class per week: €80
• 2 classes per week: €150
The class is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to improve mobility and core strength in a safe and structured way.
Places will be limited to keep the class focused and supportive.
