Reminder: training resumes for all at 6:30pm tonight Monday 12th of September. Training will be every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 in our new Premises at Energy Pure Health and Fitness situated immediately after Thurles Rugby club.

Hi all, just letting you all know that from this week we will only be having Karate classes on Monday nights at the usual time and place. Just to confirm there will be no classes tomorrow Thursday the 30th.
