A “before and after photo” is more than just a picture.
It’s more than just a new number on the scales.

It’s a feeling.

It’s the feeling of walking confidently into the pool on holidays no longer self-conscious.

It’s buying clothes you WANT to wear, not just clothes that hide the parts you used to dislike.

It’s hearing your friends on your hen party say, “You look amazing! What have you been doing?”

It’s walking down the aisle feeling like the best version of yourself. 👰🤵‍♂️

A massive well done to , who earned all of these incredible feelings by having the courage to start her gym journey in Primal and the determination to stay consistent.

Daily accountability with your assigned coach 📲

The goal is to pull 5-12% of your bodyweight 🔥

So for example if you’re 65kg, we’ll be shooting for 57-62kg ⚖️

If you’re 90kg, we’ll be targeting anywhere between 79-85kg ⚖️

If you’re 120kg, we’re going for 105-114kg ⚖️

Our current SGPT members will be hitting their first ⚠️FOCUS MONTH ⚠️starting in April so we’ve opened up a new 8 week program for new members to follow after.

What to expect no matter if you’re a beginner or regular gym goer…. We’re pulling body fat off, we’re getting fitter, we’re getting stronger, your confidence will sky rocket, your energy will sky rocket… it will probably be the first time you’ll get real lasting results!

Our ever popular 6 week challenge is back to kick off your 2025, we’ve a little twist on it this year

The details :

- January 6th to February 16th
- Unlimited Classes (LIFT & ENGINE)
- Nutrition guidance
- Inbody scan at start & end
- Assigned coach
- €150 for non members.
- Just €20 for current members
- Open to every ability and fitness level from the complete beginner to the regular gym goer

The goal of the challenge is to get you the best possible results you can get in 6 weeks, this could be fat loss, this could be putting on some muscle, this could be using the 6 weeks as an accelerator in reaching a long term goal

This year we’ve the addition of all our coaches going against each other 🔥 to see who can get the best results for their group 👊🏻

So here’s how it works, you sign up as normal, before the start date all the sign ups will be assigned to a coach at random… each coach will have between 10-15 clients max to look after, so accountability will be through the roof.

What does this mean for you? More accountability equals even better results, your coach will want bragging rights over the rest of the coaches

Usually it’s just Stephen & Ben on the accountability side but this year we’ve all 6 coaches getting involved.

We always limit our challenges because our classes are capped but this year even more so because of the accountability aspect of it, so places are limited for current members and non members, be quick to get your name down.
