Rumour has it the sun will be shining at around 5pm in Weybridge this afternoon. Oatlands Park Bowling Club is a small, friendly lawn bowls club in Oatlands Village, between Walton and Weybridge in Surrey. It's a great sport for beginners whatever your age, gender or physique and improves fitness and mental wellbeing while you relax in the fresh air and make new friends.

So after 24 hours of nonstop bowling, Oatlands Park Bowling Club completed its Centenary Bowlathon at 12 noon today. A big thank you to all the players, members, supporters and donors who made it such a special occasion and helped us not only meet, but exceed our fundraising target and support Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care and the fantastic work they do. A monumental effort and great way to mark 100 years of our wonderful little club!
