Hi Folks Templemore tennis here. 2 things for you. 1st - Tennis up at the courts Tuesday 7:30 for all . And 2nd - As you know we have a court up and running. And it's great to see it being used. We are at the point of asking for membership. It will be €40 for an adult, €15 for a student and €70 for a family. This will go to getting more work done to get the court(s) in better shape. Come along to the courts, play and enjoy.

Hi Folks. Great work has being done. Thanks to all involved. In fact, we are pretty much ready to start playing on the court! So tomorrow evening (Wednesday 14th) some of us will be up there with actual tennis rackets to play !!!

Hello Friends of Templemore Tennis Club!

We need help to finish the sanding of the tennis court. We will try for Monday at 6.30pm, please bring a brush and shovel/scoop. It will be great to finish this project and have the court ready for play. Thanks to all who have contributed in bringing it this far.

Hi Folks. Quick update.

As you probably have noticed, much work was done clearing and cleaning the court(s) and surrounds. 

We have ordered special sand which will be needed to be brushed into the courts (this keeps the pile loose and drainable) .

We expect the sand will be delivered during the week. We will then need help applying the sand and will appreciate any help you can give.

Then the court is ready for play !!

(We will tackle the other court when the hosepipe ban is lifted).

Due to a recent bereavement in the community, we will postpone the planned meeting due to be held tomorrow evening (Tuesday 17th) . We will be in touch in the coming weeks to rearrange. Thank you

Templemore Tennis Club is looking for a fresh start!

We’re inviting anyone interested in seeing tennis continue and grow in Templemore to come along to a meeting this Tuesday, June 17th at 8:30pm, upstairs in the golf clubhouse.

Whether you’ve been a member before or are simply curious about what’s ahead, your ideas and input would be very welcome.
