Be honest with yourself, why are you not losing the weight you want to lose?

last monday, i offered some free advice.
1. Step on the scales and write down the number.
2. Start your day with a glass of water with 1/2 fresh lemon juice squeezed into it.
3. Continue to drink 1.5L of water throughout the day.
4. Repeat for 7 days.
5. Day 7, check your weight on the scales.

It really can be that simple to get started.

DITCH THE DIET Restrictive diets don't work!
Try this instead..
1, Tomorrow morning first thing, jump on the scales and write it down.
2, Glass of water and 1/2 Lemon squeezed.
3, Throughout the day, drink 2 litres of water.
Continue this for next week.
Next Monday, repeat.
