Our Classes is broken into two parts.

Part 1: Lift
Here we do our strength base training.

Part 2: Move
This is centered on fitness/conditioning training, which is broken into 3 areas

SPRINT, BUILD, GRIND.

SPRINT:
A true high-intensity, all out effort. ⁠ Full throttle from beginning to end.

We don't believe all out efforts should be your only avenue of training, but occasionally we try to "get COMFORTABLE while being UNCOMFORTABLE"

Our Classes is broken into two parts.

Part 1: Lift
Here we do our strength base training.

Part 2: Move
This is centered on fitness/conditioning training, which is broken into 3 focus points.

SPRINT, BUILD, GRIND.

GRIND
The goal here is to maintain a steady constant intensity throughout the workout. No MAX heart rate today.

Find a rhythm, keep it, while focusing on good quality movement. Great for recovery and preventing burn out.

Finally, there's some light at the end of the tunnel, indoor group classes can commence again on July the 5th.

Hey folks,

With santa arriving in the next few days here's the Xmas Class Timetable

Dec 21st to 23rd: Regular class timetable
Dec 24th: 10am only
Dec 25th No Classes
Dec 28th to Jan 1st: 10am classes only
Jan 4th: Regular class timetable

It sure has been a crazy, messed up and difficult year! To say that I can't wait for it to disappear would be an understatement. Without your continued support during these times, AreaThree wouldn't have survived! This means a lot to me as many gym doors are closed shut permanently. I absolutely 100‰ appreciate all your support and love! Here's hoping 2021 is a lot better then this crappy year, can't wait to see you all in class getting your sweat on!

Hi Folks,

unfortunately, I don't have good news about classes when the new restrictions take place on the 1st of December. With restrictions moving to level 3 indoor classes are still not allowed. Like you, I'm extremely disappointed that this the case, but it is what it is, this is the world we in live now. So we will take it on the chin, keep positive, and continue with our online classes.

*COVID UPDATE*

With COVID restrictions being upgraded to Level 3 as of midnight tonight it's with regret that there will be NO classes during this period.

As a small gym owner it's a kick in the teeth especially where exercising / classes have such a huge positive effect to the mental and physical well being of people. But we owe it to the ones we love and hold dare to keep them safe, so lets take increased personal responsibility, keep our distance and do what we can to reduce transmission.

To ALL the members of AreaThree classes will now move online via zoom. You can book classes as usual through the member app.
