Karl came to me a couple of months ago looking to improve his over all fitness & body composition. After changing up his diet and getting in just 3 training sessions a week I think we can all agree he's done just that. He really puts the work in and just proves that hard work pays off, well done mate! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

His journey is far from over but sometimes the hardest part can be simply just starting!! So drop in to us and let's get the ball rolling ⚽️😉
