Hey all, don't want to sound like a broken record but just wanna say thank you again to everybody for the positives texts, private mails, comments, likes on FB everything. Means a lot and really keeps me motivated. I'm 100% going to compete again and will keep you all updated. So I went to Belfast today for a workshop/check out the competition 😂. Glad I went up, got a full run through of the day and poses which puts me at ease a little more. I'm quietly confident and looking forward to the real thing this day 2 weeks, the 7th of June. Of coarse I didn't take my hoodie off 😂! Giving nothing away. From what I seen I honestly don't think anyone in my category is going to have the same conditioning as me. As I said above I still have 2 weeks, I'm going to keep on working my ass off until then. I've set the bar high and know what shape I want on the day. Also thanks to my cousin Jay Foreman for keeping me company on the road trip x. Right enough talk, it's meal time

What are great evening/night I had in the gym with my clients. I'm not going to lie, I was a tired puppy heading down for my evening stint but I just laughed from 6pm-9:30pm. Thanks to all my clients, you worked hard as always. As the photo says below 😁👌! Peace x

Seeing everyone's photos from RIBBF SPRING CLASSIC yesterday is so motivating. Well done to everyone who took to the stage. Very inspiring and has proper lit a bigger fire in my belly 😁. Man today was definitely a struggle in the gym! Getting there was even a struggle 😂. I felt flat, tired, unmotivated and my lifting/strength was not on par! Not even a pre workout drink could help today. I didn't get nowhere near the high standards I set myself! Some days you win, some days you learn. Tomorrow is a new day..... Now to take my crappy session out on my clients 😂😂! I joke..... Ish 😁👌.
