A big well done to Hazel and Shona who both completed the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin today. 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 out and about and being leaders in health and happiness! 💪🧡

Feel 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗱 up, 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 up and 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱 up with a Les Mills BodyPump class here at Westpark Fitness - one of our most 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀! 💪⚡️

Known as 'the original barbell class', this is where 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 using the official Les Mills equipment (which is optimised for the movements) - all set to energetic music. It is also a fantastic way to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 🦴 which is especially important as we get older. Resistance training with weights is a great calorie burner too and an excellent way to build muscle. In this class 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 or more! 🔥
