Only ever look back to see how far you have come✨️

15 years ago, after starting in a field with a ladies Only Bootcamp (Fit to Fabulous Bootcamp) we moved indoors and ventured into Suspension Training (TRX / RIP:60). Exciting times and so many amazing memories with great people. Thank you anyone and everyone who ever trained with us. We appreciate you all so much. The Journey continues.........✨️

Dublin City Half Marathon you were the business. All theses Legends doing so well, they should be so proud of themselves, from first half marathons to Pbs, a brilliant morning, such a great event. Positive energy and a great buzz around the course. We cant wait for next one.

Happy International Women's Day to all the amazing ladies in my Life, around the world, but especially the brilliant women who train at Epicfitness. You truly are incredible ladies, I see and hear all your struggles, but you never stop, run houses, raise families, go to work and work so hard, juggle life every single day and mainly doing so much for others. You find hours to train when others cant make time. You inspire others, encourage and support each other. I admire you all so much and applaud you.

A huge shout out to the lads, Aodh Carlye & who headed to Poland, Katowice a couple of weeks ago, for there first ever Hyrox, from a big Boxing background and only Hybrid training the last 6 months. The lads done brilliant, 1.04.21 and definitely a sub 60 minutes in theses Two in time. Well done lads 👏💪.
