You may have seen something new on our Class Timetable

Commencing every Wednesday at 7pm for the Summer, We bring to you the Run Club

What to expect:
Learn how to pace yourself, correct running technique, Correct Warm up & Cool down, How to Build up your pace and distance, additional benefiting exercise selection within a class environment.

The meeting point for each run will be at the gym & The first Run will be next Wednesday June 5th

SHANE MORAN joins us here for the summer as he completes his Sports & exercise Science internship. Shane is on a running scholarship in Wingate University America. He has previous history of representing Ireland in Running, and a valued member of Swinford Athletics Club, We’re fortunate to be able to have someone who has walked the walk take the reigns on the Training.

The Run Club is Free for all members to take part, and €5 Pay as you go option for Non Members

We are delighted to have the support from Swinford Athletics Club, and our aim is to finish it all off with the 5k Series that the club hosts in August
