🏒 2026 All Ireland Inline Hockey Playoffs 🏒

The All Ireland Playoffs are taking place in Waterford from June 19th–21st at SETU Arena 🇮🇪

A great chance for players, parents and anyone interested in hockey to watch inline hockey live, see teams from around Ireland and experience the playoff atmosphere 🔥

All youth divisions will play on Saturday and Sunday, so even a one night trip could make a great hockey weekend for families and players.

🏒 Stingers U13 Game Day in Portadown 🐝
A great day of hockey for our young Stingers today.
The team opened with a fantastic win against Bangor Chiefs Inline Hockey Club , showing great teamwork, effort and confidence on the rink 👏
The second game was much more challenging, with a shortened format and extra pressure. Both teams battled hard until the final whistle, and the game finished as a draw 💪
Very proud of the work, attitude and development these kids continue to show every game day.

🏒 NOMINATIONS OPEN 🏒

This year for the 3 individual award categories we will be inviting public nominations via the form: https://forms.gle/ky9dkzAbL2YbBsFu5

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a vote but a nomination channel. Make sure to put as much information into your nomination as possible, quality of reasoning will be valued more than quantity of nominations!

A selection panel for each award will then assess the nominations and select a winner and 2 runners up per category.

Nomination deadline: Monday 4th May 2026

🏒 Junior Player of the Year: Awarded to the most outstanding Under 18 player amongst all Senior Divisions. Player can be male or female but must have played in the Under 18 division AND a senior division in the 2025-26 season to be eligible.

🏒 Female Player of the Year: Awarded to the female player amongst all divisions who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to hockey. Player must be female and can have played in any division(s) from Under 13 to Senior Elite.

🏒 Volunteer of the Year: Awarded to the person who has shown a commitment beyond their role to the sport of inline hockey as a volunteer in the past 12 months at club or national level.

Big moment for inline hockey development in Ireland 🇮🇪
Great to see the sport growing 👏

2026 will mark a new page of our history and our development. We are going to a new European country to set one of our European championship. We are so proud to announce that WATERFORD 2026 (Inline Hockey Ireland) U17M European Championship is going to take place on August 20th-23rd 2026 ! 💚🤍🧡

🏒 Last Sunday in Cork
Last Sunday Stingers U13 played two games in Cork 💛🖤
One win, one loss, but most importantly, another big step forward for the team.
We also introduced something new, the girls played together, and they were brilliant. Great effort, determination and teamwork 👏
These games are where real development happens. Confidence is growing, and the team is starting to play more and more together.
Thank you to all parents for your support and commitment 🙌

What a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day in Swinford yesterday ☘️🐝
A big thank you to the organisers for a great event, and to the whole Swinford community - Swinford St. Patrick's day Parade Swinford.ie Swinford 250 & More - and to everyone who came over to say hello and support the Stingers.
For our young players, it was more than just a parade - it was a chance to represent their club and share the joy of sport with the whole community.
This is what Stingers is about.
Days like this remind us how important sport and community are for our kids.
