Every great hockey journey begins with a first training session. Every player starts as a beginner, and sometimes the hardest part is simply having the courage to take that first step.
Every child has their own reason for playing. Some dream of reaching a higher level, while others come to have fun, stay active, make friends or simply enjoy being part of a team. Whatever their goal, sport helps children build confidence, resilience, teamwork and character - skills that stay with them far beyond the rink.
We hope this story encourages more children to give hockey a try and shows them that they should never be afraid to start.
Our new season begins this September, and we welcome boys and girls aged 4 and over.
At Stingers Hockey Academy, every player matters. Whether your child is looking for fun, friendship or bigger sporting goals, we will support their development and help them enjoy every step of their journey.
