🏆⚫️🟡MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to our incredible U14 Ladies! ⚫️🟡🏆

What a day in Enfield 🌧️⚽️ Despite the rain and miserable conditions, our girls gave it absolutely everything from start to finish and came away with a fantastic win over Éire Óg 👏👏

They fought hard, worked together and showed incredible determination right to the final whistle. We are SO proud of every single one of them and absolutely delighted to bring the cup home 🏆🥳

A huge thank you to the Roscommon LGFA County Board and Fixtures Committee for organising the finals, and to St Croans GAA Club for hosting us today.

A very special thank you to John & Eugenie and all the committee for all their hard work, encouragement and commitment throughout the year. 👏

And finally, a massive thank you to all the parents, families and supporters who braved the rain and came out to cheer the girls on. Your support means so much ⚫️🟡

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 4

Our Junior Ladies are back in championship action tomorrow morning, Sunday, September 6th at 11am, as they take on St. Dominic’s in Knockcroghery ⚫️🟡

The girls have been putting in the work, and we’re hoping for another great performance from the team

Our U14 girls are heading to Enfield this Sunday to take on Éire Óg in the Division 3B Championship Final! 🏆🔥

Well… we meet again! 😜 This will be the third time these two teams have met since the league started, so at this stage they’re practically old friends! 😂 But once that whistle blows it’s all business and we know we’re in for one serious battle! 💪🏐 Now it’s time to bring all that teamwork, determination and fun onto the pitch on Sunday and give it everything

⚫️🟡COUNTY CHAMPIONS⚫️🟡

Massive congratulations to our Under 16 girls on their fantastic win over Western Gaels this evening in the Roscommon LGFA Championship u16 3A County Final

A brilliant, hard fought game on a miserable wet evening, but our girls came out on top! Well done girls enjoy the celebrations, you’ve earned it 🎉🏆

Hard luck to Western Gaels on a great contest.

A huge thank you to Yvonne, Michael and Catherine, and to all the parents and supporters who came out to cheer the girls on.

On Pitch 2, congratulations to Shannon Gaels on their win over Tulsk after another tough game. 👏

Many thanks to Roscommon LGFA for allowing us to host the finals, and to all the referees and umpires.

A special thank you to everyone at Strokestown GAA & LGFA Damian, Joanne, Gary, Olivia, Ann Marie, Fiona Patricia Alaoise Cara Eamon Niall and Thomas for all the hard work in getting everything ready and helping the evening run so smoothly. ⚫️🟡U16 CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL NIGHT⚫️🟡

After a tough league campaign, a few hard defeats and plenty of battles along the way, our U16 girls have shown incredible determination to come through it all to reach the U16 Championship Final TONIGHT

From league into championship the girls have grown in confidence, worked hard and most importantly come together as a team. Tonight they face Western Gaels in what promises to be a fantastic final.
