For €40, your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, return bus transport from Sligo and Strandhill, food and a meal ticket, plus a complimentary Sligo Oyster Experience. The inaugural Surfer’s Ball, hosted by County Sligo Surf Club will bring together surfers from across the north west at Juniper Barn next month.

Far from a traditional formal ball, the event will combine the atmosphere of a festival with live music, DJs, food and refreshments.

Surfers from across the north west community, as well as anyone looking for a night out, are invited to exchange their boards for bow ties and embrace the evening’s dress code: “black tie, surfer style”.
