Rephrasing from negative to positive...
I get up before 6am every morning before to walk the pup. It took me a long time to do this as routine but by rephrasing the negatives to positives it has really helped me to build this practice into my routine.
I still have mornings where it's really tough to get up but then sometimes you get rewarded with mornings like these. (Usually it rains because let's face it, it's Ireland 😜)
By taking it one negative thought at a time and reframing it towards a positive who knows what you might achieve.
Negative thought: I have to get up, don't want to etc etc
Reframe: I get to get up when millions everywhere don't get to!
Positive: I want to get up. I want to get my steps in, I want to get fresh air, I want to spend time with my doggy etc etc
There could be 1000 steps in between!
Why don't you try it in your own life; with your self image, self talk, people around you, work, kids etc and see how the world looks even marginally different and more positive 🤯
