Here at Yolo Dance Fitness we have re-invented the dance fitness class! Chart music, Harder workouts, Better results and a wonderful group of people to do it all with! Come along to one of our classes to dance yourself into shape with the music you love and make friends along the way! We'll be teaching the classes together, 2 instructors = 2 times the FUN!! :)

LO is a FUN and EASY workout that will leave you sweating off at least 900 CALORIES an hour!!!! You'll be having so much fun dancing to our music selection you'll forget you're even working out!! Come along and find out for yourself!! :D :D
