Badminton Ireland is the National Governing Body for Badminton clubs and leagues in Ireland. Comprises Connacht Badminton, Leinster Badminton, Munster Badminton and Ulster Badminton.

What a great win from a young Irish man from North Dublin, Nhat Nguyen. Such a talented young player.

Nhat Nguyen has won the Welsh International! He's beaten Gurusaidutt of India a former world top 20 player. The final scores were 21-16 23-21. He looks ahead now to the Irish Open next week where he hopes to put on a show for spectators

Message from Paddy re Juvenile Club-

There is NO badminton this Friday as the hall is not available to us as it is use for an Irish Dancing competition. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Due to the bad weather Badminton for the Juvenile and Senior club will not take place today 16th October.

The Juvenile Badminton Club will be back next week, Monday 2nd October 2017. Please like and share this post :)

Forms will be available in the club on Monday from 4-6 pm and they need to be back on Friday the 6th October.

The Juvenile Club plays every Monday and Friday between 4pm – 5pm for beginners and between 5pm – 6pm for improvers during the following dates:
• Monday the 2nd of October to Monday the 23rd of October
• Monday the 6th of November to Monday the 18th of December
• Monday the 8th of January to Monday the 12th of February
• Monday the 19th of February to Monday the 12th of March

The fee for the full season is €120 per member (€100 for each subsequent child in a family). Included in the fee is registration with Badminton Ireland, hall rental fees and shuttles for use on club afternoons.
Registration will take place on Friday the 6th of October and payment can be made at that time or via the clubs PayPal account. In order to pay in this way, you need to log into your own account, choose the option to send money and send it to [email protected]. Please include a note with the name of the players name and contact number.

DON'T FORGET THE SENIOR CLUB IS STILL LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS. THEY PLAY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY EVENINGS FROM 9-10PM
