Hey Guys,

Save the date.
This one is not to be missed.

We are putting on a top class movement workshop for all our members on July 6th.

This promises to be a fantastic insight into improving your movement skills and ultimately getting more out of your training with TAPA.

Some of the areas covered will be:

-Pelvic tilt and using it in different positions.

-Some breath work to engage deep core muscles.

-Foot connection and how to use that to increase load.

-Understanding how things work collectively as a unit.

This is also a great opportunity for members from different classes to meet and build the community environment that we aim to really focus in on over the coming months and years.

31 Men in the Gym on a Monday Night Clanging & Banging! 💪 🏋️

Yesterday was a day of recovery after a highly attritional game. Today the prep begins for our Cup Final this Saturday with a team Gym session for the Sligo based players.

The session was over seen by .o.connor_33
who has done a terrific job this season overseeing our S and C programme.

Thank you to for the use of their amazing facility.
