Our Senior team arrived in Pisa,Italy this morning ahead of The Heritage Cup.The tournament features teams from across Europe and will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

A great opportunity for our lads to represent the club and the Sligo/Leitrim league abroad and enjoy the Italian culture 🇮🇹

Best of luck lads let’s bring it home 🏆🟢⚪️

Our mens first team bowed of the FAI Junior cup at the last 32 stage.

The lads started well and we were well in the game for 50 mins however our opponents Pike Rovers punished us scoring 3 without reply in 10 minutes that followed. ..

Credit to the lads who never gave up and kept going to the very end.

Final score Pike Rovers 4 Arrow Harps 0.

Thanks to the supporters who travelled and to Peter Coleman for driving the team.

Despite travelling with just 11 available players and several starters carrying injuries, Yeats United WFC produced a superb performance to defeat Lagan Harps Fc. DWL 4-1 in the FAI Women’s Amateur Shield in Manorcunningham on Saturday afternoon.

Yeats created the better chances throughout the first half but were unable to break the deadlock before the interval. However, it did not take long for them to wrest full control of the game after the restart, striking twice in quick succession. Catherine Hyndman-Henry opened the scoring on 46 minutes after an assist from Amy Hyndman, before Gemma McDonagh doubled the advantage two minutes later following excellent work from Lauren Waters.

Amy Hyndman then made it 3-0 on 67 minutes with a superb free kick, while Dahanna Feeney provided the cross for Tammy McGwynne to finish Yeats’ fourth goal on 87 minutes.

Lagan Harps pulled one back through Lauryn Harkin in added time, but Yeats were full value for the victory after a resilient, disciplined and committed display from the entire squad. Huge thanks to Lagan Harps Fc. for a sporting game and the hospitality afterwards.

Glenview Stars with a 5 goal blitz at the Ray Mac Sharry Park seen of the challenge of Bonagee United DWFC in the FAI Women’s Amateur Cup this evening. Massive congratulations to all the players for a five Star performance, and to Manager Gino O Boyle and his staff on a great result and not conceding a goal.
All good now for the Stars as they await their next Journey.
