Main Set Swim Pyramid:

Building Fitness to start season back in pool, you can vary these distances but keep the pace relatively easy and the swims as continuous as possible. Rest should be relatively short in between, 20 seconds or so, if you need significantly more check you pacing and back it off a little or do less distance as the fitness builds.

This is a level 2 class, description below.

Level 2: Have some open water experience, can swim in around 100m continuously in a pool, progressing from in depth swimming to out of depth.

A brief snippet of return to the pool and some video analysis.

We kept to some basics, including the setting up of a better catch to get more power through the stroke and correcting some over rotation.
