2016… the year I won Best Young Entrepreneur and my love of fermented foods began 🫶

It was the early days of the cafe in 2016 and I was deep into working 7 days a week, had fallen head over heels in love with ferments, raw food and Sweet Beat had just launched into SuperValu with Food Academy.

Just a reminder to actually enjoy those nights out you’ve planned ✨

consistency > perfection, every single time 💪

Crushe Xmas Party on Friday with my amazing clients… followed by a savage bike session and plenty of fresh-air walks on Saturday 🫶

Here’s what helped me feel good during and after:

✅ Hydrated well before heading out
✅ Had a high-protein, lighter meal a few hours beforehand (late dinner incoming!)
✅ Electrolytes when I got home… plus a cuppa tea and some Smarties 🤭
✅ Planned my next-day meals: lots of volume, protein & fibre
✅ Got the dog out for a walk to clear the head
✅ Had a solid bike session already in the plan

Nobody is perfect — and you should enjoy a night out or a meal with friends. Just make a simple plan for the next day (and the day after that) so you stay aligned with your goals 📝

Don’t choose between progress or enjoyment.
With a plan, routine and good habits… you get both 👌

Little did I think I’d be posting pictures of myself in my bra on the internet on a Friday evening… but here we are 😅

4kg Fat Loss in 7 weeks… and an incredible amount of strength & mental gains 💪

Fat loss isn’t easy and sticking to the plan can be incredibly hard. This took effort… steps, strength training, cardio, nutrition, sleep, stress management. But it’s not meant to be easy, and it’s temporary. Some may even call it extreme 🤭😆

Some days there was absolutely no want in me to go out running in the rain or spend the morning in the gym but what stood to me was consistency… and the big one, getting a coach 👀 even coaches have coaches… I know right !?

Don’t be waiting around until the new year to change, start now. Make the changes you’ve been telling yourself you will or when will it ever happen?

Make the time for yourself to be the version of you you’ve been dreaming of 🫶
