Moving forward here's the online class timetable I'll be working off.
π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ HIIT
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30 pm
This class will be about 30 mins long. HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. The aim will be to elevate your heart rate and keep it there for the duration of the workout. We'll be looking to burn 300+ calories as we move from exercise to exercise. A great way to work up a sweat.
All exercise's can be tailored so a great class for all levels.
πͺπ¦΅ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ S&C
- Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 pm
This class will be 30 - 45 mins long. S&C, or strength and conditioning can trim fat, increase muscle tone and increase muscular endurance. Each exercise will be preformed using body weight or by adding weight you may have around the house ie. bottles of water etc... A great class and one that goes hand in hand with the HIIT classes when it comes to loosing weight and toning up.
All exercise's can be tailored so a great class for all levels.

- Tuesday and Thursday 7.15 pm
I'll be promoting this guy in a separate post this week, so keep an eye out for that. PS. This class isn't starting till next week.

- Saturday 12 pm
On Saturday's myself and Jack will be taking you through a funny 15 - 20 minute circuit that you can get your kids involved in. Light heated fun for the whole family to enjoy!!
