Otter space: games & community Otter space Ltd is a Local Game Store and board game café located in Skerries, Co. Dublin. But we are not just retail shop.

We deal in tradable card games (TCGs), boardgames, role playing games (RPGs), accessories, puzzles, fidget toys, and more! We are an "otterly" comfortable & inclusive space for people in the community to get together. Play in competitions such as Flesh & Blood, Magic: The Gathering, and Lorcana. Unleash your creativity and imagination in Dungeons & Dragons. Meet new people, and participate in game nights and other activities!​ We have something for everyone.

This week, as per the request of our community, our locals will running under Extra Regulation Format! This means that all cards released to date are legal for play, ignoring rotation block limits.
The format shares a unified banned, restricted, and banned-pair list with the Standard Regulation.
older Block Icon 1 cards that were previously banned have had their bans lifted specifically for Extra Regulation play.

Otter space is nearing our 1 year anniversary, and we'd love to talk a bit about how it's changed over the year, starting with staff!

This post is a shout-out to Cara, who we all affectionately call "Mini Boss."

Cara started as a part-time barista. She was quickly promoted to full-time, then several months later promoted to a Cafe Manager. Just a few days ago, Cara climbed the ranks again, and is our new General Manager, overseeing the cafe and day-to-day of the shop floor.

As a new company we are constantly growing and evolving, and there is always room to grow with the company. Congratulations in your new role, Cara, Otter space is lucky to have you🥳
