As you will know we have been instructed to close again from close of business today. For the safety of our community, family and friends we will dutifully oblige. Whatever your thoughts on Covid and how it affects you, please bear in mind there is always someone in a much worse place than you. Those who will argue that the gyms should remain open for mental health reasons have their point and We don’t disagree, but for some there escape is getting their hair done, going to the pub, getting their nails done, a nice meal out, etc. Everyone is different and everyone has their go to’s but unfortunately we like the majority of small businesses in the town are being forced to close again and like them we thank you for your continued support and beg of you for your patience. Unfortunately we continue to have huge overheads and having been forced to close for over a quarter of 2020 these have continued to mount. So we ask of you to continue to support us and we hope we can later in 2021 repay your kindness.

This is especially tough on our staff and trainers, they were excited for a new beginning in 2021 and being lead to believe we would remain open this has come as a hammer blow to them. We ask you to continue supporting them in whatever way you can through online virtual training or however means they can assist you.

We will continue to run our zoom classes throughout the week and will post the link. Don’t mock it till you have tried it, most of those who were sceptical beforehand have been won over.

For now, we thank you again for your continued support, we look forward to seeing the back of 2020, we wish you all a healthy new year and look forward to seeing you in early 2021.

Christmas opening hours, We will have zoom classes too if you would prefer to stay in the comfort of your own home, or if you prefer to get away from the family, more than welcome to enter the gym and maintain social distancing and practice good gym etiquette. We will post a schedule of the zoom classes and a link closer to the time.
In the meantime we would like to wish all our members, friends, colleagues a very merry Christmas and a healthy and hopefully a happy new year. Here’s hoping it’s a far better one than 2020.
Finally, we would like to thank you all for your continued support throughout these really difficult and challenging times.

Glad to be informing you that we will be opening tomorrow am from 6am and resuming normal hours. Unfortunately our indoor classes are still on hold so our Zoom classes will continue as they have been. We will keep you updated on any changes there.

We would ask anyone who is feeling unwell or has been a close contact of a suspected Covid case to avoid the gym at all costs. We do not want to be forced into another lockdown and we will wish to do all we can to remain open for our members, staff and trainers.

We would ask members to avoid training in groups and to not overstay their welcome.

Please respect the staffs efforts to facilitate everyone through these difficult times.

Finally many thanks for your continued support, loyalty and well wishes. We greatly appreciate it.
