SKB is now Shannon Community Fitness. 💪

As part of the gym’s new ownership and new identity, we now have new official Facebook and Instagram pages.

As this weekend is a bank holiday we will be open from 9am to 4pm this Monday,
February the 2nd😅
There will be no classes this day but our normal timetable will resume Tuesday, February 3rd🙌🏼
We Will also be open as normal this Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

Our regular roster will resume Friday January 2nd , in which we will be back open from 6am - 9pm🫶
