🥉 Bronze

A special mention for Bryan King, who stepped back onto the competition floor for the first time in nearly 20 years and walked away with a silver medal in Black Belt Veteran Patterns. That takes a particular kind of courage — and it's exactly what this sport is about.
And to every athlete who competed without a medal: competing is the hardest part. You showed up, you gave everything, and that matters.
We'll see you on the mat this week. 🖤💛
