We want to take some time out over the coming weeks to show some appreciation for the members of Hustle Shannon who have been so good to us since we opened in 2023 🥹

Karen has been a member since day one and is the heartbeat of everything that is great about Hustle Shannon ❤️

Whether it's a 6am class or an evening gym session she always greets us with a wide smile and a kind hello 💪 And yes, she is still smiling at the end of her session (most of the time 😅).

Without members like Karen, we'd be absolutely nowhere. Thank you, Karen, for everything you've done for us here in Hustle. It is so appreciated ❤️
