•MUCKROSS CLUB CLASSIC COMPETITION•

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to all of our gymnasts who took part this weekend. We had a range of gymnasts of all levels.

We are very proud of our recreational gymnasts who preformed floor routines. Well done everyone 🥳🥳

We are very proud of our competitive gymnasts who preformed all events. You all did amazing 🤩

We also want to thank all parents/ guardians for coming along and supporting the gymnasts and the club. Thank you 💕.

Lastly, a huge thank you to all of our coaches and Judges that made the day even more special. We truly appreciate your support and could not do it without you.

Earlier in the month our Rec Plus gymnasts took part in the Gymstart weekend. We had a wonderful time and are very proud of everyone involved. A huge congratulations to all our gymnasts, and a big thank you to the coaches, judges and helpers who all worked hard behind the scenes

⚠️ Members be advised ⚠️

Please allow extra time when traveling to your gymnastics class, as the Circle K end of Carmanhall Road is currently closed for road works.

The gym can still be accessed, however you must enter the Dunnes Stores side of Carmanhall Road.

A huge well done to our gymnasts who competed at the Aspire Valentines Challenge 2026 at host club

You all did fantastic! A special shout out to our medal winners, over the weekend Team MPGC took home 21 Medals across the levels a huge achievement.

We are very proud of all our gymnasts who overcame personal wins across the weekend!

Many thanks again to for hosting an incredible competition, it was lovely to be back participating this year.

🚨 Reminder to gymnasts! 🚨

With the continued cost weather we want to remind all gymnasts of the correct attire for classes.

Ideal clothing for training:
✅ Fitted long sleeve t-shirt
✅ Fitted Leggings
✅ Socks with grips (if needed)
These items can be worn over your normal mpgc leotard as added layers which can be removed if needed as you warm up.

What NOT to wear to training:
❌ Large oversized hoodies
❌ Fluffy Socks
❌ Snoods or Scarves

These items are not safe to train.
