12:days 💪 This is feeling real now 🙌
I always feel 4 weeks out during prep is the toughest time for me personally 😅 The self doubt kicks in, the thoughts of not being 'ready' and the fact there's still a month to go has my head in turmoil 🙈🤦

Now it's less than 2 weeks to show day and the excitement has hit 💥

This prep has certainly been the easiest of preps so far, thanks to the support and knowledge of my coach 🙏💪👌
I've had personal challenges to deal with and a new small business to run but I've learned so much about myself over the last 4 months that sometimes I don't even recognize myself 😜🤗
Now it's time for one last push to get me to the finishing line 😜💪💥 and enjoy sharing the stage and back stage with all the other amazing athletes who ll be gracing the stage 🙌🎉💪💥

Chatting with friends and family, going to work/school or making a meal can become more difficult if you are experiencing mental health difficulties.
❤️It is important to look after your mental health on good days and on the days we do not feel as good, we reach out and ask for support.
