Damian "The Kid" Darker will be coming to Limerick to our very own gym! This will be a seminar with one of Ireland's best ever K1 fighters. Damian brings a lot of knowledge with him and has many achievements in multiple disciplines.
Full contact titles held:
- Multiple organisation full contact Irish champion (WAKO, IKF, ISKA),
- IKF 5 nations full contact champion,
- ISKA European full contact champion.
- ISKA World full contact champion
K1 titles held:
- WAKO 2018 Irish Open winner
- Cage Ring Championship Pro K1 champion
- Total full contact European Pro K1 champion
Seminar will include the following:
- Drills & techniques
- Strength & conditioning tips
- Nutritional advice & weight cutting tips
- Q&A
