It’s here... the final 30 minute workout of the 30 Day Challenge.
This is a great 30 minute full body workout with 10 exercises to be completed for 3 rounds in total! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50 seconds work for each exercise and take a 10 second rest before the next.
1. Alternating elbow to knee crunches
2. Plank Jacks
3. Jumping lunges
4. Glute bridges
5. Frog jumps
6. Bicycle crunches
7. Air squats
8. Jumping Jacks
9. Push-up toe taps
10. Frog sit-ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
