It’s here... the final 30 minute workout of the 30 Day Challenge.

This is a great 30 minute full body workout with 10 exercises to be completed for 3 rounds in total! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50 seconds work for each exercise and take a 10 second rest before the next.

1. Alternating elbow to knee crunches
2. Plank Jacks
3. Jumping lunges
4. Glute bridges
5. Frog jumps
6. Bicycle crunches
7. Air squats
8. Jumping Jacks
9. Push-up toe taps
10. Frog sit-ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Day 26
🔥 This is a killer 30 minute lower body workout🔥

5 exercises
15 reps of each exercise
6 rounds total
Take a 45 second rest after each round

1. Squat & 3 sec. hold
2. Alternating reverse lunges to knee raise
3. Frog squats
4. Marching glute bridges
5. Step ups (on chair) 15 each leg

***30 Minute Full Body Workout*** ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For this workout, we have 7 exercises to be completed for 4 rounds total!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
40 seconds work ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
20 seconds rest ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Exercises are as follows: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Burpee to jumping lunge ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Flutter kicks
3. High knees ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Side steps (push-up position) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Shoulder taps (push-up position) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Mountains climbers ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7. Frog squats ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Food for thought: some days are going to be more difficult than others and in the back of your head you might be thinking of skipping a workout and that’s ok. But before you do, just think about how you can come out on top today! Doing a workout or going for a walk, a run or a cycle might just be the thing that turns that has you finishing today on a more positive note than what you thought originally. I for one always feel better after a bit of exercise and fresh air.

Day5 - 30 minute workout!

Another day another challenge. 😁 To keep things simple, today’s 30 minute workout will follow the same format as the previous 30 minute workout. We have 5 new exercises to be completed for a total of 5 rounds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
40 seconds work & 20 seconds rest as follows: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Jump squats ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Crab toe taps 🦀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Frog jumps 🐸 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Shoulder taps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Leg raises ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Take one minute rest after each full round and repeat for 5 rounds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As I’ve said before, if you need to take a breather then do and just continue on from where you left off! 😁 Give it your best effort and enjoy the workout 💫
