Hi Yogis,
Due to Government Guidelines on social distancing during the COVID-19 outbreak all classes at Yoga Lane Studio will be suspended until further notice. Everyone’s health & safety is of utmost importance. Stay healthy & safe.

Due to the increase in the number of coronavirus cases in Ireland I have put some procedures in place. So in the interest of health and safety I would ask that:
* Everyone washes their hands before and after class.
* Avoid contact such as hugs, handshakes etc.
* Bring your own yoga mat OR a towel.
* I will not be giving any physical adjustments / assists
* I will not be supplying / using props (please feel free to bring your own along)
If you are feeling unwell please do not attend class. Let me know and I will cancel your place without you losing a class from your block of classes.
