Counter Movement Jump:
This test helps asses leg power in an athlete also correlates with initial 30m acceleration. Protocol is hands on the hips dip down into self selected depth and explode up as fast as you can and land with a bounce landing. Really enjoying fitness testing as a module this year 👍

So I am now a qualified fitness instructor. Going on to do my Personal training certificate this year with ITEC whilst completing my 3rd year of my level 8 degree in Sports Strength and Conditioning all stepping stones. These Certs are not part of my course just something to make me a bit better aside from my degree.
