📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
We felt it was about time to give you our total funds raised figure today. This date a month ago we were recovering after our weekend travelling the whole of Ireland. It all started back in January with meeting after meeting, a lot of backtracking wondering was any of this really possible, but today’s final figure certainly shows anything is possible. We are all so grateful for the support we received from everyone for the duration of our challenge, without you all this would not have been possible. However we have to thank some individuals who went over and above to help us👏🏻. for all his help with the gear and all our sponsors. We also have to thank our wonderful homecoming team - Oonagh and Geraldine Farrell, Finbar McGowan, Sean Doherty, Chris Burke, Alan Callaghan, Noel Rogers and Emer Burke. Without them the crowd we seen in Tarmonbarry would not have been possible, thanks for your hard work in helping us 👏🏻. Lastly I want to thank the four lads , these lads supported the idea from the very beginning, they took time out of their own lives to help me and us as a family and I am eternally grateful for their help.
🙌Thanks again Everyone 🙌

This evening we met with Aine Mc Fadden from the to present our cheque to her. At the beginning of our journey we mentioned how we wanted to give something back to charities close to our heart. Naturally enough, the IMNDA was always going to be one of them. The IMNDA provides so much to people suffering with Motor Neurone Disease such as wheelchairs. We hope our small donation can help as much as possible and thanks to Aine for meeting us again this evening.

Today we met with Martina Jennings from Mayo Roscommon Hospice to give a donation from the money raised over our 32,32,32 Challenge. At the start of our journey we all decided that we’d like to give back to organisations that help those with terminal illness to be as comfortable as possible in their end of life care. Martina described to us the work that goes in to these projects and we’re very lucky to have someone like Martina who has worked tirelessly on both the Mayo and Roscommon hospice centres. Martina also praised the work of the brilliant nurses who also work tirelessly to keep people at ease. We were absolutely delighted to present the cheque to Martina and all and we thank you for all the work you do.

WE DID IT !
As the dust settles after our challenge, it’s amazing to sit back and realise the enormity of what we managed to achieve. It was an absolute pleasure to meet people from GAA clubs all across the country. An absolute wonderful experience. We met people round the country that know others who have been affected by motor neurone disease. We hope we managed to raise awareness on this terrible disease.

The unbelievable welcome we got arriving back to our home pitch was astounding. Never did we think that we’d get such a welcome home. Thank you to St. Barry’s GFC and Cashel GAA respectively for the unbelievable work they put in to welcome us home.

The journey we had will be something we’ll never forget. An unbelievable experience that we will look back on with serious pride.
Thank you
Conor, Ciarán, Brian, Emmet, Eoghan

We’ve been lucky to have the support of our mothers all our lives and Nicola’a diagnosis has highlighted how important the support of our mothers is to us!
