🚨 *VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED* 🚨
Putting this call out once again as we currently have no offers of help for race day.
These events cannot run without a team. We are calling directly on all **owners, trainers, and parents** to step up and spare some time so the day can actually go ahead.
We need help with:
🏁 *The Starts*
📱 *Scanning*
👀 *Stewards & Track Help*
Even if you can only cover 1 or 2 races, it makes a massive difference and shares the load.

Hello 👋

Reminder of entries tonight . Please text your entry with name of horse/ pony and owner.

Please know that entries are between 6-8pm.
Entries close after this.

Registration is 100
Member is 20

Any new jockeys must register on the day. All jockeys must be 14 years of age to ride in open horse race.

Jockeys must also do a course walk prior to racing.

Entries must be in by the 3rd race. Races need to go off on time and it is very important that everyone comes to the office before hand.

There will a local race on the day . Entries can be texted in or taken after the 3rd race.

Please know we are always looking for help. Help is needed for starting races / scanning microchips / someone for the line/ stewarts etc.
If we worked together , this would ensure a great day for all involved.
