DON'T HOLD THEM BACK
Sometimes love means stepping back.
If a child wants to join a club, encourage them.
If they want to try a sport, support them.
If they want to sleep in their own room, let them grow.
If they fall, teach them to get back up.
Children don't become independent overnight.
Independence is built one small step at a time.
The goal isn't to keep children dependent on us.
The goal is to raise capable, confident adults who know they can stand on their own two feet.
