Our best night yet — incredible numbers, loads of new faces, great energy, and brilliant football on show all evening.

Absolute cracking session… equal parts fitness and chaos 😂

Massive shoutout to Ian & Colin for putting us through our paces (and somehow keeping it fun 💀).

Safe to say there was a LOT of laughs… and even more panting 🫠

Why I joined Rhode Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others 💚💛

To find myself again… because I’ve been missing since about 2019 🤷‍♀️

To make new friends (adults who don’t ask me for snacks every 5 minutes).

Because I’m new to the community and needed to prove I actually leave the house.

To escape for an hour… and remember who I am outside of “MAMMMM!”

To get fitter… or at least look like I’m trying 💪

To socialise without having to cut someone else’s dinner first.

To avoid bedtime battles (strategic planning at its finest 😌).

To force the other half to be home with the kids — character building for them all 👀

To step out of my comfort zone… very, very reluctantly.

To reconnect with old friends and pretend we still have the same stamina 😅

To feel part of the community — not just standing awkwardly at the school gate.

To be a role model for my daughters (who currently think I can’t run).

To prove I can, in fact, still catch a high ball… pending evidence 🤞

For the elite level social perk: someone’s unreal chocolate biscuit cake 🍫

And honestly… because I was basically bullied into it 😂
