If you want to build muscle, stop overcomplicating it.
You don’t need 27 different exercises.
You need to consistently do these 6 things:
1️⃣ Train close enough to failure
Your sets should be challenging.
If you finish every set feeling like you could have done another 10 reps, you’re probably leaving progress on the table.
2️⃣ Progress over time
More reps.
More weight.
Better technique.
More control.
Your training needs to gradually become more demanding.
3️⃣ Get enough protein
Protein provides the building blocks your body needs to repair and build muscle.
4️⃣ Eat enough overall
Trying to build muscle while constantly under-eating makes the job much harder.
5️⃣ Recover
Muscle doesn’t grow because you trained harder.
Training provides the stimulus.
Recovery allows your body to adapt.
6️⃣ Be patient
You won’t see a huge difference after two weeks.
Give a good programme months, not days.
⸻
The boring stuff works.
You don’t need the newest exercise, supplement or training hack.
You need consistency.
