Sometimes you hear something that really hits home and gets to you. Maybe it's the running aspect as well I don't know but I'm so upset for this poor girl and her family.

What is wrong with the world that something like this can happen. She was going for a run like all of us do or have done...Its appalling. Its disgusting.

So proud of my Warriors of the North...the running they are doing is just brilliant at the moment and they are making super progress despite ( or maybe because of😂😱) my injury enforced absence all summer....
