FREE RUNNING WORKSHOP – THIS SUNDAY 🏃‍♂️

This Sunday at SMG Fitness we’ll be giving a free running talk/workshop covering:

• How to start running (even if you’re a complete beginner)
• Simple training plans you can follow
• How to run further & faster without injury
• Nutrition and recovery for runners

All attendees will receive a free running guide with example training plans.

New Teen Strength & Conditioning Session Added 💪

Our Wednesday 4:10pm Teen S&C class is full most weeks so we’re adding a second session starting this Friday at 1:30pm straight after school

This class is designed for teens who want to:
• Build strength safely
• Improve fitness and athletic performance
• Learn proper gym technique
• Gain confidence in the gym

Perfect for teens involved in GAA, soccer, camogie, athletics or any sport.. or simply those who want to get fitter and stronger.

Meet Chloe 👋🏼

The newest addition to the coaching team! 🏋️‍♀️

Coaching style:
I’m all about creating a positive, hard working environment where people feel supported but also pushed to reach their potential. I love helping people build confidence, improve their skills and realise what they’re capable of. I’m big on encouragement and making training enjoyable! When people feel good, they perform better.

Training style:
I’m into anything that keeps me fit, strong and improving. Camogie and GAA are a big part of my life and I love the mix of speed, skill and teamwork. I also run to challenge myself, and in the gym I focus on staying lean, building strength and constantly developing.

One random fact:
Growing up, I always wanted to join the army… but my height had other plans 😂

🚀 SMG TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

Amazing progress across the board! The lady above absolutely nailed it 🎉 well done to everyone who took part!

But the last 8–10 weeks weren’t just about before & after photos.. they were about progress in every direction!

The 10 participants lost 48kg between them, but the biggest wins weren’t on the scales!

It was the strength PBs, the confidence growing week by week, the consistency, the routines built, the mindset shifts, the friendships, and the people walking out of the gym genuinely proud of themselves

Every single person who completed this challenge made progress and that’s what it’s all about! Not chasing perfection… but becoming a stronger, healthier, more capable version of yourself.

Huge well done to everyone who took it on 👏🔥
And thank you for trusting SMG Fitness to guide you through it! The feedback from you all means the world! The above is just a snippet of the progress!
