Her goal for 2024 was to hip thrust 100kg. There were times when she definitely didn't believe it would happen... but yesterday with 3 weeks to go until the end of the year smashed out 5 100kg stromg reps , twice!!! 💪🙌
Having goals are important and beneficial.
This Goal gave Ashling focus. It helped her measure her progress and kept her motivated. She achieved what she set out to do and I'm very proud that she reached that level of satisfaction yesterday. 👏

It was a pleasure to be involved in Talbot Chimneys Ltd Chimney Ltd team building corporate training.
The team of 10 signed up for a 6 week challenge.
They did In Body Scan to check their body composition. They were advised of changes they could make to improve their fitness, lifestyle & well being.
Every Friday for 6 weeks they came for a session where they gave it everything.
I thoroughly enjoyed coaching this team. Some had never done any form of exercise and pushed themselves out of their comfort zone.

'Starting with Linda PT was one of the best things I have ever done. I was stuck in a rut and wanted to feel healthier in myself. Since starting with Linda I have lost over 8kg and became a lot more toned. I have learnt the importance of balance and still being able to enjoy doing things. Linda is so encouraging and i feel I am learning so much during my PT sessions. I look forward to them every week'
