Raheny United was founded in 1994 following an amalgamation between Raheny Boys and Dunseedy United. In November 2003 we opened our remodeled Clubhouse, complete with six dressing rooms, referees room, showers for sixteen, a players lounge which caters for 100 people and a Function Room that can cater for 150 people with full Bar facilities, and is is available for hire. We currently cater for 8 s

enior teams, 46 schoolboy teams, and host our own youth academy every Saturday morning, which makes us one of the larger junior soccer clubs in Ireland. Our senior teams compete in the AUL and LSL Leagues whilst our schoolboy and schoolgirl teams compete in the DDSL, NDSL and MGL Leagues. At the center of the club ethos is the development of our local youth in the skills of football in a safe relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere which we hope will form lifelong friendships and a sense of community. Ideally where the players and junior members become the next generation of mentors & coaches and will drive the clubโ€™s future holding true to this ethos. The Raheny United Mini Leagues are back โ€” and they are BIGGER and BETTER than ever!

We are absolutely buzzing after an incredible opening week of football at St Anne's Park Astro. With over 500 young talented players taking to the pitch across 213 fixtures over 12 days, this truly is a festival of football like no other. And we're only getting started!

Running from Tuesday 16th June right through to Sunday 28th June, there is still plenty of football to come this weekend!

A massive thank you to all our managers for the organisation and dedication behind the scenes, to our referees for keeping things running smoothly, and to every single volunteer who has given their time to make this happen. You are the backbone of this event.

To all our young players โ€” watching you play with such passion, energy and skill has been an absolute joy. You are what it's all about.

Our U15 boys (2012) are on the lookout for players for the upcoming season.
Currently Division 2 Sunday targeting Saturday Major 1 for the upcoming season 26/27.

They'll be holding open training sessions in July, so come down, meet the group, and show us what you've got!

Our Director of Football, Paul McAtee, attended a six-day coaching course in June focused on Long-Term Player Development. The course was hosted by Dutch club NEC Nijmegen, who recently secured qualification for the Champions League.

There were plenty of valuable insights and ideas to bring back and implement at Raheny United.
