Raheny United was founded in 1994 following an amalgamation between Raheny Boys and Dunseedy United. In November 2003 we opened our remodeled Clubhouse, complete with six dressing rooms, referees room, showers for sixteen, a players lounge which caters for 100 people and a Function Room that can cater for 150 people with full Bar facilities, and is is available for hire. We currently cater for 8 s

enior teams, 46 schoolboy teams, and host our own youth academy every Saturday morning, which makes us one of the larger junior soccer clubs in Ireland. Our senior teams compete in the AUL and LSL Leagues whilst our schoolboy and schoolgirl teams compete in the DDSL, NDSL and MGL Leagues. At the center of the club ethos is the development of our local youth in the skills of football in a safe relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere which we hope will form lifelong friendships and a sense of community. Ideally where the players and junior members become the next generation of mentors & coaches and will drive the clubโ€™s future holding true to this ethos. Another fantastic result for Raheny United Senior Women away to Enniskerry with a convincing 7-3 league win.

7 seems to be the magic number for the girls at the moment after last Sundayโ€™s 7-1 victory over Leicester Celtic, the team followed it up with another huge performance on the road.

Goals came from Aibhilin x 4, Anna McT, Siobhan and Celia in another brilliant attacking display ๐Ÿ‘โšฝ

The girls now have a quick turnaround as they face Terenure this evening at home on Pitch 4 in the Teresa Healy Cup.

Evan Fitzpatrick from our 16.1 team suffered a ruptured ACL in a crucial race to the title battle against Glebe North.

A player with incredible attitude, determination and talent, Evanโ€™s presence has definitely been missed in their recent semi final and last 2 league games. Without question, he will be on the sidelines cheering the lads on with only 2 games to go - first of which is tonight and second later in the week!

Weโ€™ve no doubt heโ€™ll come back stronger than ever and we canโ€™t wait to see him back doing what he does best.

Our Raheny United LSL Saturday 3A team wrapped up a brilliant season in style with a 4-0 home win over Ballyoulster on Saturday.

That result confirms promotion for the second year in a row. What an achievement. ๐Ÿ‘โšฝ

Our League winning Senior team wrapped up their impressive season with a 3 - 0 win away to Swords Celtic on Wednesday evening.
It completed an incredible unbeaten run stretching back to September '25 in which they scored 70 goals and conceded only 19.

Speaking to the Manager James O Neill on the achievement:

โ€œI'm immensely proud of the players and coaches.The levels reached by everyone this season has been extraordinary.

This season will live long in the memory but will also act as springboard for greater things for this Team.

A big thank you to all the players who played their part. Coaches Mick,Mark and Greg(Goalkeeping Coach) whose passion and attention to detail has brought the team to the next level.

Thanks to the support of the club committee for their backing throughout the season.
There is now huge potential within the senior section to be built upon.
