Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. Sam thank you for the great classes and encouragement..you have transformed me to CrossFit 🤗🏋️‍♀️💪💪

I’m delighted to announce I now have two classes running weekly starting Tuesday the 13th January. Ladies only classes, all levels of fitness welcome, no judgement just fun while gaining strength for longevity in life and well being .
