Grange Woodbine FC Grange Woodbine Football Club was founded in 1973. Based in Raheny, North Dublin.

GWFC was formed in 1973 as part of the residents association of the newly built Grange and Woodbine housing estates in Raheny on the north side of Dublin.

A hat-trick today saw Lambo reach an incredible 50 competitive AUL/UCFL goals in just his fourth season with the club, with 15 assists to his name too.

Leading our Division 3A side once again this season is Adam Lambert β€” or Lambo, as most of you will know him!

His goalscoring record speaks for itself: 48 competitive goals for the Woodbine and counting. After bagging 11 during pre-season, he’s showing absolutely no signs of slowing down! πŸ”₯

While the goals grab plenty of attention, Lambo also does a huge amount for the lads away from the pitch and has fully embraced the responsibility of wearing the armband.

We’re excited to see how the season unfolds, but one thing is certainπŸ‘ŠπŸ»Lambo and the lads are more than ready for the challenge!

First up, we’re delighted to introduce the new captain of our Division 1 side, Jack Murphy! 🫑

Now entering his third season with the club, Jack started out with our Saturday side before making the move to Sundays, where he quickly became a crucial part of the team.

Whether it’s his defensive work or his attacking contribution, usually from a set pieceπŸ‘€πŸ˜‰Jack has consistently delivered on the pitch.

This season, he takes on a new challenge as captain. It’s a big responsibility, but one he’s more than ready for.

Best of luck to Jack and the lads in tomorrow’s season opener. You’ve done the work, now it’s time to show it!

In seriously tough heat, every single player dug in, worked for each other and put in a massive shift. Plenty of valuable minutes in the tank and a lot to take from the performance heading into the new season. πŸ’ͺ🏻

Our Division 3A side now knows the road ahead for the 2026/27 season.

A fresh campaign, plenty of new opposition, and another opportunity for the lads to make their mark in the blue and black. Every game will bring a different test, and we’re looking forward to the challenge.

The hard work continues throughout pre-season as we build towards the opening day.

The line-up for Division 1 has officially been confirmed, and our Division 1 side is ready for the challenge ahead.

There’ll be no easy games this season, but that’s exactly the type of football we want to be involved in. The hard work continues in pre-season as we get ourselves ready for another big campaign.

A brilliant pre-season outing for the lads as we came away with a 3-2 win over Stamullen FCπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’™πŸ–€

Adam Lambert opened the scoring, meeting a cross from Ryan O’Toole with a superb header.

The second came after some excellent work from Austin Bracken, who won a penalty after a great run into the box. The initial spot-kick was saved, but Ryan O’Toole was first to react and tucked home the rebound.

Lambo then grabbed his second of the night to make it three, finishing off another quality assist from Austin Bracken.

Another strong performance and, most importantly, more valuable minutes in the tank as preparations for the new season continue. πŸ’ͺ🏻
