Hi guys, due to the current lockdown Zumba classes are cancelled for 3 weeks - starting from 13th October 2020.

This is what I'm currently exercising on the top of Zumba and horse riding classes. Perhaps you will give it a go? (little suggestion - I do that in the morning each day. It's only 10 mins)
