Coach brought some of our junior & novice MMA squad over to for an Inter Club Competition.

It was a first competition outing for someone of the lads, some good results were got but more importantly for them they gained valuable competition experience.

Neil started out 15 years ago in our old gym at the backnof McDonald's, an ever present on the mats who brings a great presence when training and coaching. Time, skill, consistency & loyalty is what Neil brings to our team.

A black belt is not given, its earned 🥋
