We form and reform our bodies based on our movements, patterns, tendencies, stresses and efforts. The body looks for these patterns of habit that are expressed in lines of energy in order to remodel itself to its needs. If you stretch, you get more flexibility. If you workout, you get stronger. If you do the opposite, the opposite occurs. Whatever you want from the body, you must do daily .
The mind is no different. Your thoughts form your perception of life and people. If you practice happiness, you are happier more often. If you think everything sucks, then life sucks .
Here's the connection. Your attitude is manifested in your body, your posture and how you move. The body, its posture, muscle tone, fascial organisation, breathing patterns as manifest in our outlook of world. Just how we stand will effect or happiness. So pick your head up, smile, go take a yoga class.
The life you want for the future is created in the patterns you create today
