Blue Monday; the most depressing day of the year. Well if you believe that, I’ve got some bad news. Tomorrow is f*ckin’ Tuesday and Tuesdays are always the worst day of the week!

But do we believe it? Do we buy into it? Or do we just create our own outlook and happiness each and every day of the year. If you don’t do the latter, you should.

Do your actions reflect your goals? Your values? Do you even know what your goals or values are? What brings you joy, meaning, hope… and what are you doing to have an abundance of these in your life?

January is almost over already, so if you don’t know what you want from this week, this month, this year… then you will not be able to take the actions to achieve it. If you aren’t taking actions in line with your goals, they will always remain a distant dream. A far away form of delayed happiness you keep telling yourself you will reach one day, and then everything will be ok. Will be amazing. Don’t delay anymore. Right now is the best time to go after any goal, little or large.

Blue Monday, Sh*tty Tuesday, even TGI Friday… the day doesn’t matter. There will never be a perfect day or time to start other than right now. You don’t need to read this, then jump up and run a 5k, invest in crypto, start writing a book. You don’t have to physically chase your goal immediately, but you do need to take action towards identifying it, naming it, speaking it out loud, writing it down, committing to it, planning your first step. Right now can start from your bed, the couch, a car park. Right now if you don’t know what your goals are or values are, your action can simply be popping me a message to arrange a consultation.
